PANIC! AT THE DISCO RETURN TO AUCKLAND IN OCTOBER

Award winning, internationally acclaimed colossal rockers PANIC! AT THE DISCO are set to return to Auckland, playing Spark Arena on 16th October 2018 in support of their sixth studio album, Pray for the Wicked.

The new album, released on Friday 22nd June, comes off the heels of their critically acclaimed platinum fifth album Death Of A Bachelor which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 Chart and was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2017 GRAMMY® Awards.

Frontman Brendon Urie also took time in 2017 to lend his legendary four-octave range to Broadway, playing a lead role in Cyndi Lauper’s Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots to rave reviews.

Back on tour with Panic! At The Disco in 2018, he returns to the flamboyant action-packed rock show they are renowned for.

Panic! didn’t disappoint at their sold out 2017 Spark Arena show, which wowed both fans and critics alike:

‘The extravaganza that is Panic! at the Disco was full of fancy lighting, massive gold confetti cannons and Brendon’s dancing – what more could you want?! ….The adrenaline pumping show included tunes from present and past albums and had the audience screaming, clapping and fist pumping along as the concert went into the night….Brendon’s vocals were just something else – he hit high notes with ease and witnessing his musical talents in an arena felt surreal!’ Tearaway

‘I'm supposed to give a detailed rundown of the Panic! at the Disco show but honestly, I'm not entirely sure what happened. Usually I make some notes, keep track of the set list and try to maintain some semblance of professionalism. That Panic! made me lose control of all of that, says a lot…….Urie raged on, dancing on the points of his toes, swinging his arms around wildly and back flipping from the drum platform. And the man can sing’  NZ Herald

‘Covered in glitter, I thought I had been prepared, but as it turns out, nothing can prepare you for the holy goodness that is Brendon Urie. In the rare moments that Brendon took a rest from being a vocal god and addressed the crowd, he had our undivided attention.’ The Speakeasy

The last NZ show sold out in a matter of hours – don’t miss out this time!
